28 Hour Day is local-first: app blocking happens on your phone, while the account you create keeps a backup of the profile and progress data described below. This policy explains what we handle, why, and what never leaves your device.

Subscriptions

28 Hour Day Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription ($29.99/year with a 7-day free trial, or $5.99/month; prices may vary by region). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Terms of use: Apple's standard EULA.

Deleting your data

28 Hour Day is designed for adults managing their own sleep and is not directed at children. It is not a parental-control product and provides no monitoring of anyone else's device.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
